These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all services offered by ECO EVENT SRL, which is registered under VAT number BE0642.478.906.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the website www.paintballbruxelles.be, the customer fully and unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions of sale.

Products and Services

We offer a variety of paintball services, primarily consisting of events and games. You can find details about these services on our website.

Terms and Conditions | Rates

Prices for services are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC), on our website. However, ECO EVENT SRL reserves the right to change its prices. Nevertheless, services will be billed at the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Order

An order form must be completed for one of these events via our website. You will receive an email order summary listing the products you have selected, as well as any applicable order fees.

Payment

Payment for the order is made immediately by credit card on our website or remotely after the order is placed, using the payment methods available on our website. The order is definitively confirmed once we receive payment.

Cancellation and Refund

Any cancellation requested less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event will void any refund. ECO EVENT SRL reserves the right to withhold all or part of the participation fee in the event of a no-show on the day of the event. Any refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate valid for one year.

Liability

ECO EVENT SRL assumes no liability for any property damage or personal injury that may occur during the paintball activity. We recommend that participants obtain their own insurance coverage.

Personal information

We need the information collected during the ordering process to provide our services, manage the website, and process sales. Customers can access, correct, or delete their personal data.

Disputes

In the event of a complaint, the customer may contact us by email. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

Modification

ECO EVENT SRL may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions take effect as of the date of their publication on the website.

Participation in paintball automatically implies acceptance of the rules
  • 1.0 – Any abuse of alcohol or use of illegal substances is prohibited. The consumption of alcohol.
  • 1.1 – Paintball is demanding both mentally and physically; therefore, players must certify that they are in good physical and mental condition to participate.
  • 1.2 – Paintball is, above all, a sport, and fair play must always be observed.
  • 1.3 – Players agree to abide by the referees’ decisions.
  • 1.4 – Players agree to respect others.
  • 1.5 – Players must take good care of the equipment provided by Le paintball.be. The equipment must be returned in good condition; any damaged or lost items will be charged.
  • 1.6 – Players agree to respect the grounds and the surrounding area (including the environment and buildings). No trash may be left on the field. Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you avoid making excessive noise.
  • 1.7 – It is strictly prohibited to use paintball equipment outside the playing areas.
  • 1.8 – Wearing a mask is MANDATORY on the field. Under no circumstances should you remove your mask in the playing area, even if you are hit.
  • 1.9 – Do not shoot from a distance of less than 10 meters; if you are too close, do not shoot! No physical contact will be tolerated.
  • 2.0 – During the game, players are not allowed to step outside the playing area. Stepping outside the playing area results in disqualification.
  • 2.1 – Do not pick up any marbles that have fallen on the floor.
  • 2.2 – You are “eliminated” when you are hit by a paintball. Hits count on both the body and the marker.
  • 2.3 – Once you are hit, you must leave the playing area by raising your marker. (Always keep your mask on.)
  • 2.4 – You may not point the barrel at anyone before the referee blows the whistle; as soon as you leave the playing area, you must point the barrel downward again and take your finger off the trigger.

Minors must present a written parental consent form. We will not tolerate any negligence regarding safety; anyone who fails to comply with these rules will be immediately removed from the game without a refund. I hereby declare that I have read and understood the safety rules. In the event of non-compliance, Leeuro-paintball.be assumes no liability for any damages.
