12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the PAINTBALL BRUXELLES court shall have sole jurisdiction. PAINTBALL BRUXELLES shall have the right to invoke the jurisdiction of the judicial court of the place of its principal establishment in Belgium or Europe.
