12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

To this end, the more diligent Party will contact the other Party to notify them that the implementation of this Privacy Policy does not appear to be compliant. A meeting will be organized within 15 (fifteen) days of the more diligent Party’s request, at which the contracting parties agree to seek an amicable solution.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the PAINTBALL BRUXELLES court shall have sole jurisdiction. PAINTBALL BRUXELLES shall have the right to invoke the jurisdiction of the judicial court of the place of its principal establishment in Belgium or Europe.
